Formación de Ingenieros para Industria 4.0

Resumen

Estamos inmersos en la cuarta revolución industrial, la cual se conoce como Industria 4.0.. Un concepto asociado a la cuarta revolución industrial es el de “transformación digital”, definida como la integración de las nuevas tecnologías en todas las áreas de una empresa para cambiar su forma de funcionar. El objetivo de esta transformación digital es optimizar los procesos de las empresas para mejorar la competitividad, y ofrecer un nuevo valor añadido a sus producciones
En la clausura del Segundo Taller Nacional de Informatización y Ciberseguridad Territorial, el Primer Secretario del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de Cuba y Presidente de la Republica el Dr. Miguel Díaz Canel Bermúdez, llamó a trabajar para impulsar en las empresas la industria 4.0 a fin de lograr mayor optimización y eficacia en la producción y la gestión empresarial.
Ante la imperiosa necesidad de avanzar en el desarrollo de la Industria 4.0, los profesionales que se demanda serán formados fundamentalmente por los Centros de la Educación Superior.
Los Ingenieros en Automática enfrentan en la actualidad un plan de formación que, aunque no pueden resolver las demandas de Industria 4.0, pueden, con algunas materias opcionales serán aptos para lograrlo.
Los alumnos que actualmente se forman en nuestras aulas deberán impulsar la implementación de las nuevas tecnologías en su vida laboral.
El trabajo presentado analiza el Plan de Estudios E y propone variaciones que pueden cumplir con el objetivo de formar los profesionales en automatización que demanda Industria 4.0

Abstract

We are immersed in the fourth industrial revolution, which is known as Industry 4.0 .. A concept associated with the fourth industrial revolution is that of "digital transformation", defined as the integration of new technologies in all areas of a company to change the way it works. The objective of this digital transformation is to optimize company processes to improve competitiveness, and offer new added value to their productions
At the closing of the Second National Workshop on Informatization and Territorial Cybersecurity, the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic, Dr. Miguel Díaz Canel Bermúdez, called to work to promote industry 4.0 in companies in order to to achieve greater optimization and efficiency in production and business management.
Faced with the urgent need to advance in the development of Industry 4.0, the professionals in demand will be trained primarily by Higher Education Centers.
Automation Engineers are currently facing a training plan that, although they cannot solve the demands of Industry 4.0, they can, with some optional subjects they will be able to achieve it.
Students who are currently being trained in our classrooms must promote the implementation of new technologies in their working lives.
The work presented analyzes the Study Plan E and proposes variations that can meet the objective of training automation professionals demanded by Industry 4.0
