SISTEMA CONTABLE FINANCIERO PARA UNA EMPRESA INTERFAZ EN CUBA: CASO DE ESTUDIO SICTE S.A.

El propósito del trabajo está dirigido a caracterizar los componentes del sistema contable de SICTE S.A. en respuesta a las necesidades de información derivadas de las actividades de CTI, y en el cumplimiento a su objeto social reflejo del vínculo universidad – empresa. A partir de la evaluación del papel de las empresas de interfaz como parte del sistema de gestión del Gobierno basado en ciencia e innovación, se evidencia que su inserción en el sistema empresarial cubano presupone una amplia cantidad de actividades, relaciones económicas con numerosos entes y situaciones sin antecedentes en Cuba, lo que demanda una compleja tarea en el diseño e implementación del sistema contable ajustado a sus características. Se ha seguido el método de investigación-acción en combinación con el método estudio de casos y la aplicación de técnicas de observación y revisión documental. Como principales resultados se destacan los componentes del sistema contable, su diseño e implementación en la práctica, con demostración de su fiabilidad y consistencia en el flujo del sistema información, los resultados de la auditoría financiera y las posibilidades de diseño del tablero del mando con la herramienta Microsoft Power Bi.

The purpose of the work is aimed at characterizing the components of the accounting system of SICTE S.A. in response to the information needs derived from CTI activities, and in compliance with its corporate purpose, reflecting the university-company link. From the evaluation of the role of interface companies as part of the government management system based on science and innovation, it is evident that their insertion in the Cuban business system presupposes a wide number of activities, economic relations with numerous entities and situations without precedents in Cuba, which demands a complex task in the design and implementation of the accounting system adjusted to its characteristics. The action-research method has been followed in combination with the case study method and the application of observation and documentary review techniques. The main results highlight the components of the accounting system, its design and implementation in practice, with a demonstration of its reliability and consistency in the flow of the information system, the results of the financial audit and the possibilities of designing the control panel with the Microsoft Power Bi tool.
