La investigación de la comunicación política en Cuba es fundamental para la sociedad actual, esta situación afecta directamente al proceso revolucionario y su desarrollo. La problemática surge fundamentalmente por la necesidad de ajustar el marco teórico-metodológico de la comunicación gubernamental al terreno práctico de Cuba. Se realiza un acercamiento teórico al fenómeno en cuestión, así como una descripción hasta el desarrollo actual del estado del arte. A partir de la caracterización histórico-lógica se describe el constructo teórico de la comunicación gubernamental. Se utiliza el método analítico-teórico para analizar detalladamente los referentes relacionados con los modelos de gestión. La investigación documental como método principal de indagación permite el análisis, evaluación y definición del tema, identificando necesidades contextuales para el curso de la gestión de comunicación en las instituciones gubernamentales.
El estudio se direcciona al análisis de los diferentes modelos teóricos del tema y su comprensión práctica. El acompañamiento de la gestión de comunicación gubernamental en Cuba es una necesidad vital para la sociedad actual. Dicha gestión tiene que tomar en cuenta las características de la sociedad de la información y el conocimiento y su impacto en todas las esferas, a lo cual la respuesta de las instituciones gubernamentales y públicas tiene que ser inherentes de acuerdo a sus funciones y objetivos. Se impone la articulación gubernamental municipal en aras del desarrollo social de la nación cubana, desde la eficaz gestión de comunicación gubernamental en busca del consenso ciudadano y la legitimidad del poder.
The investigation of political communication in Cuba is fundamental for today's society, this situation directly affects the revolutionary process and its development. The problem arises fundamentally from the need to adjust the theoretical-methodological framework of government communication to the practical terrain of Cuba. A theoretical approach is made to the phenomenon in question, as well as a description up to the current development of the state of the art. From the historical-logical characterization, the theoretical construct of government communication is described. The analytical-theoretical method is used to analyze in detail the references related to the management models. Documentary research as the main method of inquiry allows the analysis, evaluation and definition of the topic, identifying contextual needs for the course of communication management in government institutions.
The study is directed to the analysis of the different theoretical models of the subject and their practical understanding. The monitoring of government communication management in Cuba is a vital need for today's society. Said management has to take into account the characteristics of the information and knowledge society and its impact in all spheres, to which the response of government and public institutions has to be inherent according to their functions and objectives. Municipal government articulation is imposed for the sake of the social development of the Cuban nation, from the effective management of government communication in search of citizen consensus and the legitimacy of power.
