Necesidad de la evaluación del proceso de implementación del Perfeccionamiento Empresarial en la UEB Servicios, de la Empresa de Tabaco Torcido Villa Clara.

El proceso de Perfeccionamiento empresarial en Cuba se ha definido como instrumento idóneo para alcanzar el avance continuo en el ordenamiento y la gestión de las organizaciones económicas, incidiendo en que las mismas generen mayores aportes a la sociedad socialista y que todas las empresas se conviertan en organizaciones de alto reconocimiento social. La Empresa de Tabaco Torcido Villa Clara (ETTVC), fue aprobada en 2012 para implantar el proceso de Perfeccionamiento Empresarial, encontrándose actualmente en el noveno paso de dicho proceso. Una de las unidades fundamentales de dicha empresa es la UEB Servicios, (pues garantiza la logística del resto de los elementos de la entidad empresarial provincial) siendo por tanto muy significativo el análisis del “Perfeccionamiento” en ella.
Por otra parte, las circunstancias en las que se otorgó esa aprobación de implementación del “Perfeccionamiento” a la empresa tabacalera villaclareña han sido muy cambiantes, especialmente en los últimos dos años, y en estos momentos no se cumplen con todos los requisitos de partida que plantea el proceso, por lo que el presente trabajo se propone argumentar la necesidad de la evaluación de implementación de dicho proceso, con el fin de encontrar soluciones viables para su rediseño, sin renunciar a su esencia.

Summary: The process of enterprise perfection in Cuba, has been defined as an ideal instrument to achieve the continuous development in the arrangement and economic organizations management which produce greater contributions to the socialist society where all companies become organizations of a higher social recognition.
The wry Tobacco enterprise of Villa Clara was approved in 2012 to implement the enterprise perfection process, being at this moment, the ninth step of it. One of the fundamental units is the UEB Services, enterprise (because it guarantees the logistics of the rest of the elements of the whole provincial enterprise) therefore the analysis of the perfection is very significant in this unit.

On the other hand, the circumstances in which the acceptation of the "Perfection" implementation to the Villa Clara Tobacco enterprise has suffered different changes, especially in the last two years, and at these moments, the starting are not fulfilled which are in the process as such, that´s why, this work has as a main objective to argue about the necessity of the implementation of this process, to fin the solutions for its redesign, without putting apart its gist.
