La educación ambiental viene a crear conciencia en todas las personas sobre la importancia de cuidar el medio ambiente, de proteger la flora y la fauna de sus localidades y sumarse a las iniciativas mundiales. De ella se derivan la soberanía alimentaria y la educación nutricional en el consumo responsable y producciones sostenibles. La presente investigación está dirigida al trabajo con las nuevas generaciones desde la ejecución de buenas prácticas agroecológicas en la Finca El Despertar de la comunidad de San Pedro, vinculada al proyecto IRES, con adolescentes de la secundaria básica Zeneido Costa Llerena de Corralillo pertenecientes al Proyecto Sociocultural Educativo Ambiental ¡Pulgar Arriba! Este trabajo pretende como objetivo general contribuir a la educación ambiental comunitaria desde el consumo responsable y producciones sostenibles en adolescentes de secundaria básica de Corralillo, elevando, además, la calidad de vida de sus habitantes, logrando que la población tenga acceso a una amplia gama de productos agropecuarios que benefician en gran medida una buena nutrición y el aumento de la sustitución de importaciones, desde la educación ambiental comunitaria, mediante la alimentación sana, a partir de una producción agroecológica innovadora que favorezca dicho desarrollo. La metodología empleada para esta investigación asume como principal criterio metodológico la concepción dialéctico materialista con la investigación acción participativa.
The environmental education comes to create conscience in all the people about the importance of taking care of the environment, of to protect the flora and the fauna of its towns and to be added to the world initiatives. Of her they are derived the alimentary sovereignty and the nutritional education in the responsible consumption and sustainable productions. The present investigation is directed to the work with the new generations from the execution of good practical agroecológicas in the Property The Awakening of San Pedro's community, linked to the project IRES, with adolescents of the basic secondary Zeneido Costa Llerena of Corralillo belonging to the Project Sociocultural Educational Environmental Thumb Up! This work seeks as general objective to contribute to the community environmental education from the responsible consumption and sustainable productions in adolescents of secondary basic of Corralillo, rising, also, the quality of its inhabitants' life, achieving the population to have access to a wide range of agricultural products that you/they benefit in great measure a good nutrition and the increase of the substitution of imports, from the community environmental education, by means of the healthy feeding, starting from a production innovative agroecológica that favors this development. The methodology used for this investigation assumes as main methodological approach the materialistic dialectical conception with the investigation action participativa.
