Estrategia pedagógica para la atención logopédica a estudiantes universitarios con diagnóstico de tartamudez

La existencia de jóvenes universitarios en Cuba que ingresan a la Educación Superior con trastornos en la comunicación oral, es una problemática insuficientemente atendida desde la actividad científica educacional; en particular, los que estudian carreras pedagógicas y presentan tartamudez, requieren de especial atención para favorecer el cumplimiento de su rol profesional. En tal sentido la investigación que se presenta aporta una estrategia pedagógica, que se concibe desde el espacio extensionista del gabinete logopédico comunitario de la facultad de Educación Infantil, de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas (UCLV), para favorecer la atención logopédica a jóvenes universitarios con diagnóstico de tartamudez. La investigación se sustenta en el método dialéctico materialista de la filosofía marxista-leninista, y combina de manera coherente procedimientos y técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas, lo que favoreció el análisis e interpretación de la problemática que se estudia. La factibilidad práctica de la propuesta fue comprobada a través de un estudio de caso, y constituye una investigación terminada del proyecto asociado a programa (PAP) “La Pedagogía Especial como sustento para la inclusión socioeducativa de los escolares con necesidades educativas especiales”. Constituye una respuesta a las necesidades que presentan los jóvenes universitarios con diagnóstico de tartamudez. Está estructurada en etapas, cada una con sus respectivos objetivos, y acciones.

The existence of young university students in Cuba who enter Higher Education with disorders in oral communication, is a problem that is insufficiently addressed from the educational scientific activity; In particular, those who study teaching careers and present stuttering require special attention to promote compliance with their professional role. In this sense, the research presented provides a pedagogical strategy, which is conceived from the extension space of the community logopedic cabinet of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, of the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas (UCLV), to favor attention speech therapy to young university students with a diagnosis of stuttering. The research is based on the dialectical materialist method of Marxist-Leninist philosophy, and coherently combines qualitative and quantitative procedures and techniques, which favored the analysis and interpretation of the problem under study. The practical feasibility of the proposal was verified through a case study, and constitutes a completed investigation of the project associated with the program (PAP) "Special Pedagogy as support for the socio-educational inclusion of schoolchildren with special educational needs". It constitutes a response to the needs presented by young university students diagnosed with stuttering. It is structured in stages, each one with its respective objectives and actions.
