La implementación de los sistemas de gestión de calidad en las empresas de telecomunicaciones es de vital importancia para la mejora de los servicios que esta brinda. Hoy en día ETECSA no está ajeno a esta realidad existe un Centro de Formación Nacional el cual tiene como misión: Garantizar la ejecución del plan de capacitación de la empresa en consecuencia con las orientaciones del Centro de Capacitación Nacional y mediante el óptimo aprovechamiento de los recursos materiales y financieros este a su vez está certificado según las normas ISO 9001:2015. Uno de los objetivos de la Dirección de Formación y Desarrollo para el año 2023 es ampliar el alcance del SGC del CFN hacia los Centros de Formación Regionales en función de dicha norma.
Para la ampliación del alcance del sistema se hizo necesario la revisión de la documentación establecida por el CFN y su adaptabilidad a los CFR. Como resultado de esta revisión se establecen las fichas (que incluye la ficha de eficacia de los procesos), el manual de calidad, la adaptación a los procedimientos existentes, así como otra documentación necesaria para la implementación del sistema.

One of the objectives of the Directorate of Training and Development for the year 2019 is to extend the scope of the CFC SGC to the Regional Training Centers according to this standard.
To expand the scope of the system, it was necessary to take into account as an objective the revision of the documentation established by the CFN and its adaptability to the Regional Training Centers for its implementation. As a result of this review, the cards (which include the effectiveness sheet of the processes), the quality manual, the adaptation to the existing procedures, as well as other necessary documentation for the implementation of the system are established.
