The Faculty of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas, Cuba, and the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, Germany, will host the XIth International Scientific Conference on Mechanical Engineering, COMEC 2023. The conference is part of the IV International Scientific Conference on Science, Technology and Society "CCI 2023".

It will be held under the auspice of the Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Cuba on the beautiful Cayos de Villa Clara from November 13 to 17, 2023.

The main objective of the conference is to facilitate the exchange between numerous professionals from academia, business, governmental actors, international organisations and the public. Thereby, the technological progress and its current applications in various industries will be presented, analysed and discussed.

On behalf of the entire organising committee, I invite you to submit and present your contributions. We will do our best to organise the conference in a climate of solidarity and friendship.
