La gestion del conocimiento, a traves del vinculo Universidad-Gobierno, como proceso social que articula a un conjunto de acciones, procesos y relaciones entre diferentes actores sociales, puede contribuir al fortalecimiento de capacidades para el desarrollo local sostenible declos municipios. El objetivo de esta investigacion es promover la participacion y la cooperacion entre la Universidad de Guantanamo, el gobierno local y otros actores sociales involucrados del municipio de San Antonio del Sur. Como resultado se lofro identificar, adquirir, desarrollar, difundir, utilizar y retener conocimientos que son relevantes para el desarrollo local sostenible, lo que posibilito la formacionvde estilos de trabajo mas cohesionados que posibilitan la generacionvde recursos y el aprovechamiento mas optimo de las oportunidades que existen en el territorio.
Abstract.
The management of the knowledge, through he bond University-Goverment, like social process that articulates to a group od actions, processes and relationship among social different actors, can contribute to the invigoration of capacities for the sustanaible development of the municipalies. The objetive of this investifations is to promote the participation and the cooperation among the University of Guantanamo, the local goverment and other social actors involved of the municipality og San Antonio del Sur. As a result it was possible to identify, to acquire, to develop, to diffuse, to use and to retain knowledge that are outstanding for the local sustanaible development, what facilitated the formation of more cohesive work styles that they facilitate the generation of resources and the best use in the oportunities that exist in that territory.
