Resumen
La necesidad de dinamizar el desarrollo del sector agroalimentario en Cuba a nivel local, que fomenten producciones para disminuir las importaciones de alimentos y garantizar la seguridad y soberanía alimentaria de la población cubana, constituyen una de las grandes prioridades actuales del gobierno cubano. El desarrollo sostenible en el campo del desarrollo agrícola, donde la transición hacia la agricultura sostenible está mejorando la producción de alimentos, en especial en el caso de los que tienen menos posibilidades económicas, además de proteger el medio ambiente. El objetivo de este trabajo es proponer un proyecto para la producción y la venta de conejos para el mercado turístico, desde la economía familiar, sobre bases sostenibles.
Abstract
The need to stimulate the development of the agri-food sector in Cuba at the local level, to promote productions to reduce food imports and guarantee the security and food sovereignty of the Cuban population, constitute one of the current priorities of the Cuban government. Sustainable development in the field of agricultural development, where the transition to sustainable agriculture is improving food production, especially in the case of those with less economic possibilities, in addition to protecting the environment. The objective of this work is to propose a project for the production and sale of rabbits for the tourist market, from the family economy, on sustainable bases.
