Abstract
Currently, there is not tool in therapeutic areas of physical culture that allows self-diagnosis of potentials and deficiencies to evaluate the interaction between the teacher and their patients, based on self-assessment and self-development of their communicative competence. That is why the objective of the research is aimed at the development of indicators to fulfill this purpose. Within the methods used are those of the theoretical level such as the historical-logical, the analytical-synthetic, the inductive-deductive and the system approach; and the empirical ones such as documentary analysis, observation, survey, statistical-mathematical, and the criteria of specialists, which allowed giving scientificity to the investigation and carrying out an in-depth analysis of the subject in question. The 87.5% of the teachers surveyed classified the proposal of the indicators for the self-diagnosis of potentials and deficiencies as Very Adequate, aimed at self-assessment and self-development of professional communicative competence. The criteria expressed by methodologists, main teachers and retired teachers were favorable, also highlighting the possibility of applying these indicators in another branch of physical culture in the community, given the importance of the development of professional communicative competence.
Resumen
Actualmente no existe en las áreas terapéuticas de cultura física, una herramienta que permita el autodiagnóstico de potenciales y deficiencias para evaluar la interacción entre el profesor y sus pacientes, a partir de la autoevaluación y autodesarrollo de su competencia comunicativa. Es por ello que el objetivo de la investigación está encaminado a la elaboración de indicadores para cumplir con tal propósito. Dentro de los métodos utilizados se encuentran los del nivel teórico como el histórico-lógico, el analítico-sintético, el inductivo-deductivo y el enfoque de sistema; y los empíricos como el análisis documental, la observación, la encuesta, el estadístico-matemático, y el criterio de especialistas, los cuales permitieron dar cientificidad a la investigación y realizar un análisis profundo del tema en cuestión. El 87.5% de los profesores encuestados catalogaron de Muy Adecuado la propuesta de los indicadores para el autodiagnóstico de potenciales y deficiencias, orientados a la autoevaluación y autodesarrollo de competencias profesionales comunicativas. Los criterios expresados por metodólogos, profesores principales y profesores retirados fueron favorables, resaltando además la posibilidad de aplicación de estos indicadores en otra rama de la cultura física en la comunidad, dada la importancia que tiene el desarrollo de las competencias profesionales comunicativas.
