Pedagogical strategy to improve the performance of Ecuadorian health teachers in child caumatology

Abstract

The problem that justifies the present paper lies in the need to improve the performance of health teachers in child caumatology in Ecuador from an interdisciplinary and experiential vision, declares as an objective to analyze the foundations of the pedagogical strategy that is proposed for the improvement of the performance of health teachers in child caumatology, uses among the methods of educational research: analytical-synthetic, logical history, documentary analysis, in particular the study of regulatory documents and related materials, such as diagnostic protocols, among which results and discussion it is possible to identify theoretical-methodological foundations, diagnosis regularities and basic requirements as mediate background to the proposed pedagogical strategy, among the conclusions the importance of the interdisciplinary approach focused on working with inter-objects as a foundation for projecting strategic actions stands out. that contribute to the improvement of the performance of teachers in child caumatology.

Resumen

La problemática que justifica la presente ponencia radica en la necesidad de perfeccionar el desempeño de los docentes de la salud en caumatología infantil en Ecuador desde una visión interdisciplinaria y vivencial, declara como objetivo analizar los fundamentos de la estrategia pedagógica que se propone para el mejoramiento del desempeño de docentes de la salud en caumatología infantil, utiliza entre los métodos de la investigación educativa: el analítico-sintético, histórico lógico, análisis documental, en particular el estudio de los documentos normativos y materiales relacionados, como los protocolos de diagnóstico, entre los resultados y discusión se logra identificar fundamentos teórico-metodológicos, regularidades del diagnóstico y exigencias básicas como antecedentes mediatos a la estrategia pedagógica que se propone, entre las conclusiones se destaca la importancia del enfoque interdisciplinar centrado en el trabajo con interobjetos como fundamento para proyectar acciones estratégicas que tributen a la mejora del desempeño de los docentes en caumatología infantil.
