Sponsorships

The Organizing Committee of this IV International Scientific Convention of the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas (IV CCI UCLV 2023) will especially distinguish national and foreign entities that agree to SPONSOR our scientific event, to be held from November 13 to 17, 2023 , in Cayo Santa Maria, Villa Clara, Cuba.

If you accept this proposal that we made and that you must confirm up to 60 days before the start of the event, depending on the amount of sponsorship, your entity would be entitled to:

GOLD SPONSOR: 2,500.00 USD or 300,000.00 CUP:

1. Sponsor announcement in all physical and digital materials and on the event website, in the agreed category and specifying the corporate logo.

2. Include advertising material from the Sponsor (if you wish to contribute) in the accreditation module for the participants in the face-to-face event.

3. Projection of the logo and advertising spot of the Sponsor in the audiovisual supports that are located in the event rooms.

4. Accreditation of 2 people from the sponsoring entity to participate in any of the events with free credentials of payment and all the rights granted by the registration fee. A double room (4 nights) at the hotel hosting the event during the event

5. Courtesy stand and accreditation of 2 people as exhibitors of the III Innovation Fair that is organized within the framework of the Convention. You will have the right to present your products and services and hold a thematic conference as part of its program. (Does not include new accommodations)

6. Receive official recognition at the end of the event, issued by the Organizing Committee, where the status of Sponsor and its category are accredited.
   

SILVER SPONSOR: 1,250.00 USD or 150,000 CUP:

1. Sponsor announcement in all physical and digital materials and on the event website, in the agreed category and specifying the corporate logo.

2. Accreditation of 2 people from the sponsoring entity to participate in any of the events with free credentials of payment and all the rights granted by the registration fee (Includes accommodation for 2 nights in a double room).

3. Accreditation of 2 person as an exhibitor of the III Innovation Fair that is organized within the framework of the Convention (Does not include new accommodations).

4. Receive official recognition at the end of the event, issued by the Organizing Committee, where the status of Sponsor and its category are accredited.
   

BRONZE SPONSOR: 625 USD or 75,000 CUP:

1. Sponsor announcement in all physical and digital materials and on the event website, in the agreed category and specifying the corporate logo.

2. Accreditation of 1 person as an exhibitor at the III Innovation Fair that is organized within the framework of the Convention (includes accommodation for 2 nights).

3. Receive official recognition at the end of the event, issued by the Organizing Committee, where the status of Sponsor and its category are accredited.
