Training program for Ecuadorian specialists in family and community medicine in caumatology. Pertinence and improvement.

Abstract

The inadequacies in the preparation of specialists in general and community medicine for the care of the comprehensive treatment of patients with burns in the Ecuadorian context is the problem in which this paper is inserted, which declares as an objective: to propose the design of a preparation program for the In effect, it uses as methodology, methods of the theoretical and practical level of educational research such as documentary analysis, analytical-synthetic, logical historical and structural systemic, precise from the interpretation of the results the theoretical and methodological foundations, pedagogical requirements that support the structuring of the improvement program that is proposed, reveals among the conclusions its relevance from its focus on improvement and structuring in five areas: diagnosis, planning, orientation, execution and evaluation.

Resumen

Las insuficiencias en la preparación de especialistas de medicina general y comunitaria para la atención al tratamiento integral de pacientes con quemaduras en el contexto ecuatoriano resulta la problemática en que se inserta la presente ponencia que declara como objetivo: proponer el diseño de un programa de preparación al efecto, utiliza como metodología, métodos del nivel teórico y práctico de la investigación educativa como el análisis documental, el analítico-sintético, histórico lógico y el sistémico estructural, precisa a partir de la interpretación de los resultados los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos, exigencias pedagógicas que sustentan la estructuración del programa de superación que se propone, revela entre las conclusiones su pertinencia a partir de su enfoque centrado en la mejora y estructuración en cinco áreas: diagnóstico, planeación, orientación, ejecución y evaluación.
