Systematic review of doctoral theses in Educational Sciences defended in Villa Clara: the strategy as a scientific result.

Abstract

Problem: Poor existence of theses review papers defended as part of the doctoral program in Educational Sciences (PDCE).

Objective: To present a systematic review, with emphasis on the strategy as a scientific result, of doctoral theses defended in Villa Clara of the PDCE, in the period from 2018 to 2022.

Methodology: Methodology proposed by Okoli and Schabram (2010) and the information product that contains a digital library created through the EndNote X7 Bibliographic Reference Manager, which provides information on 72 doctoral theses of the aforementioned program and mathematical-statistical methods.

Results and discussion: Existence of a wealth of types of scientific results in the theses defended, which constitute educational innovations. The most frequent are conceptions, strategies, models and methodologies. And regularities of the 15 defended theses were arrived at with the scientific result strategy on: frequency of them with respect to the taxonomy used, most reviewed authors to support the definitions of strategy and the problem, object, field and objective constructs, as well as the contributions to the theory, which will be very useful for the scientific community.

Conclusions:

• The frequency of strategies with respect to the taxonomy used: the magnitude is in this order strategies of the methodological, didactic, improvement, preparation, training, pedagogical and curricular type.

• The most reviewed authors to support the definitions of strategy and its types: group of authors from the Center for the Study of Pedagogical Research (CECIP), the "Félix Varela" Higher Pedagogical Institute (2003) and ICCP doctor Alberto A. Valle Lima .

Resumen

Problemática: Pobre existencia de trabajos de revisión de tesis defendidas como parte del programa doctoral de Ciencias de la Educación (PDCE).

Objetivo: Presentar una revisión sistemática, con énfasis en la estrategia como resultado científico, de tesis doctorales defendidas en Villa Clara del PDCE, en el período desde 2018 al 2022.

Metodología: Metodología propuesta por Okoli y Schabram (2010) y el producto informativo que contiene una biblioteca digital creada a través del Gestor de Referencias Bibliográficas EndNote X7, que brinda información de 72 tesis de doctorado del programa mencionado y métodos matemático-estadísticos.

Resultados y discusión: Existencia de una riqueza de tipos de resultados científicos en las tesis defendidas, que constituyen innovaciones educativas. Los de mayor frecuencia son concepciones, estrategias, modelos y metodologías. Y se arriba a regularidades de las 15 tesis defendidas con el resultado científico estrategia sobre: frecuencia de ellas con respecto a la taxonomía utilizada, autores más reseňados para fundamentar las definiciones de estrategia y los constructos problema, objeto, campo y objetivo, así como los aportes a la teoría, que serán de gran utilidad para la comunidad científica.

Conclusiones:

La frecuencia de estrategias con respecto a la taxonomía utilizada: la magnitud es en este orden estrategias del tipo metodológicas, didácticas, de superación, de preparación, capacitación, pedagógicas y curricular.

Los autores más reseňados para fundamentar las definiciones de estrategia y sus tipos: colectivo de autores del Centro de Estudio de Investigaciones Pedagógicas (CECIP), del Instituto Superior Pedagógico “Félix Varela” (2003) y el doctor del ICCP Alberto A. Valle Lima.
