In Cuba, the efforts to achieve bigger advances as regards alimentary-nutritional security are priority of their socio-economic politics. However, the problems that persist increased by the appearance of the pandemic of COVID-19, express the necessity to approach the topic with a more integral focus that harmonizes synergistically their dimensions. For this purpose, it is fundamental to strength of the cooperation south-south mainly with Latin America and Caribbean for the strategic alliances that it promotes. In this sense, to propose strategic lines for them reinforce starting from the identification of cooperation opportunities constitutes the general objective of the work developed by means of the methods theoretical analysis and synthesis and historical-logical, as well as the empiric method through the documental analysis and the analysis of actors' net with the software UNICET and NETDRAW 6.0. Finally, it is concluding that the effective cooperation agreements favor the joint work, considering the countries with more achievements, although it is indispensable to diversify their typology when being concentrated on the trade. The region can take advantage of its potentialities from an integral and multidisciplinary perspective when proposing strategic lines toward where it is considered the country it should address the cooperation actions as for SAN that allows to contribute to the achievement of the objectives as regards alimentary-nutritional security.
