The nourishing security with intellectual disability

Abstract

The experience proposes a methodology result of the creative work of the author in the special school of the municipality of Placetas, province of Villa Clara, that it does not count on antecedents, recognized until the moment. In the investigation techniques and methods of investigation-action-participation were used: document analysis, participant observation, triangulation of sources, newspaper of the investigator, nonformal groups of discussion, temporary map and the products of the activity. This investigation has the objective to construct like result of an investigation action participation, a methodology to give treatment to the elementary slight knowledge on sustainable agriculture, like part of the nourishing security of the territory, in the students with intellectual disability of the first cycle. The contents were determined on sustainable agriculture that contribute to the nourishing security of the territory. The contribution to the practice consists of: didactic games, puppets, animations, plays, unpublished story book, factories of sustainable agriculture and software "Nature" and the explanatory pamphlets of the behavior methodologic for its use: manual abilities, Psychology, Mathematical, Physical education. Account with skillful classes of the experts of the province, 59 Ing. agronomists of research center, vegetal Health, ground Laboratory, Center of entomopathogenic and entomophages, meteorologists, foresters, of tobacco, cane, beekeepers who have been registered in 30 DVD. It compiles all the accumulated knowledge that these people whom it pays to the nourishing security of the territory. It was developed in the students with intellectual disability the its memory with the reading and dramatize of fables and its thought with the use of games.

Resumen

La experiencia propone una metodología resultado de la labor creativa de la
autora en la escuela especial del municipio de Placetas, provincia de Villa Clara, que no cuenta con antecedentes, reconocidos hasta el momento. En la investigación se utilizaron técnicas y métodos de investigación-acción-participativa: análisis de documentos, observación participante, triangulación de fuentes, diario del investigador, grupos infórmales de discusión, mapa temporal y los productos de la actividad. Esta investigación tiene el objetivo de construir como resultado de una investigación acción participativa, una metodología para dar tratamiento a las nociones elementales sobre
agricultura sostenible, como parte de la seguridad alimentaria del territorio, en los escolares con discapacidad intelectual del primer ciclo. Se determinaron los contenidos sobre agricultura sostenible que aportan a la seguridad alimentaria del territorio. La contribución a la práctica consiste en: juegos didácticos, títeres, animaciones, obras de teatro, libro de cuentos inédito, talleres de agricultura sostenible y el software “Naturaleza” y los folletos explicativos del proceder metodológico para su utilización: de manualidades, Psicopedagogía, Matemática, Educación Física. Cuenta con clases magistrales de los expertos de la provincia, 59 Ing. agrónomos de centro de investigación, Sanidad vegetal, Laboratorio de suelo, Centro de entomófagos y entomopatógenos, agrometeorólogos, forestales, vegueros, cañeros, apicultores que han sido registrados en 30 DVD. Recopila todo el conocimiento acumulado que estas personas que tributa a la seguridad alimentaria del territorio. Se desarrolló en los escolares con discapacidad intelectual su memoria con la lectura y dramatización de fábulas y su pensamiento con la utilización de juegos.
