Abstract
For Cuba it continues being a challenge to elevate the agricultural production with sustainability, therefore, it is important the population's study that carries out especially the transformations that are projected, the families implied in the municipalities where that economic activity is center of its development program and important agents of the social lattice in rural communities. The present study, like part of a wider investigation, intended to contribute and to analyze statistics about 1 448 producers associated to the Cooperatives of Credits and Services in the municipality of El Salvador (May 2018-March 2019), county of Guantánamo, through the study of the cycle of life family-property and its possibilities of family substitution. They combined technical of such investigation as the content analysis, the structured interview, supported in the descriptive statistic and multivariate analysis in SPSS Statistics 21. The relationship family-property in the municipality of El Salvador is manifested active, direct and diverse. Although it is considered high the index of substitution relative for the family units of agricultural production associated to the Cooperatives of Credits and Services, producers still exist without family substitution in this municipality, with prevalence of the stages of Growth and Dispersion/Delivery. Starting from the analysis of the contributed results he/she understands each other that the drift of the development of this municipality requires a family focus, where they take into account the characteristics of these families those that are determined, at the same time they define and they stimulate their strategies of social reproduction.
Resumen
Para Cuba continúa siendo un desafío elevar la producción agropecuaria con sostenibilidad, por tanto, resulta importante el estudio de la población que lleva a cabo las transformaciones que se proyectan, especialmente las familias implicadas en los municipios donde esa actividad económica es centro de su programa de desarrollo y agentes importantes del entramado social en comunidades rurales. El presente estudio, como parte de una investigación más amplia, se propuso aportar y analizar estadísticas sobre 1 448 productores asociados a las Cooperativas de Créditos y Servicios en el municipio de El Salvador (mayo 2018-marzo 2019), provincia de Guantánamo, a través del estudio del ciclo de vida familia-finca y sus posibilidades de reemplazo familiar. Se combinaron técnicas de investigación tales como el análisis de contenido, la entrevista estructurada, apoyados en la estadística descriptiva y el análisis multivariado en SPSS Statistics 21. La relación familia-finca en el municipio de El Salvador se manifiesta activa, directa y diversa. Aunque se considera alto el índice de reemplazo familiar para las unidades familiares de producción agropecuaria asociadas a las Cooperativas de Créditos y Servicios, aún existen productores sin reemplazo familiar en este municipio, con predominio de las etapas de Crecimiento y Dispersión/Entrega. A partir del análisis de los resultados aportados se entiende que la planeación del desarrollo de este municipio requiere un enfoque familiar, donde se tomen en cuenta las características de estas familias las que son determinadas, a la vez definen y estimulan sus estrategias de reproducción social.
