Abstract
The present work was carried out with the objective of proposing the design of a dome type solar coffee dryer. For this purpose, a structural analysis was carried out by testing the action of the wind load statically and dynamically by means of NC-285-2003. The results showed values of 10.57 MPa in the static stresses and 13.32 MPa in the dynamic stresses, with an elasticity limit of the structure material of 207 MPa, so the structure will resist this type of stress. The result of the displacement determination was 0.285 mm for the static loads and 3.81 mm for the dynamic loads. The calculation of the principal stresses was also performed, where the static stresses were 13.28 MPa and the dynamic stresses were 4.25 MPa. In addition to a safety factor of 15.
Resumen
El presente trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de proponer el diseño de un secadero solar para café tipo domo. Para ello se realizó un análisis estructural comprobando la acción de la carga del viento de forma estática y dinámica mediante la NC-285-2003. Los resultados mostraron valores de 10,57 MPa en las tensiones estáticas y las dinámicas de 13,32 MPa con un límite de elasticidad del material de la estructura de 207 MPa, por lo que la estructura resistirá este tipo de solicitación. El resultado de la determinación del desplazamiento fue de 0, 285 mm en las cargas estáticas y 3,81 mm en las cargas dinámicas. También se realizó el cálculo de las tensiones principales donde las estáticas fue de 13,28 MPa y las dinámicas de 4,25 MPa. Además de un factor de seguridad de 15.
