The energo-economic indicators in the rural and agrarian sustainable development

Abstract

The rural and agrarian sustainable development depends on a correct makes decisions and the technological capacities to introduce in the chains of agricultural production too. The absence of appropriate energo_economic indicators for the rural context, contributes to the hole between the impacts in the domestic and productive sector in a rural community. In this paper related a series of indicators that, in an integral way and starting from their predictions, they propitiate the taking of decisions in energy projects and the agrarian sustainable development in the processes of rural innovation. For the achievement of the objective, methodological procedures, field studies, participatory questionnaires and experts' opinion are applied. The outcomes related the values of the proposed indicators, their impacts and their contributions to the taking of decisions in function of the local agrarian development. As general conclusion it is sketched that the institucionalidad and the taking of decisions are favored starting from the proposal the indicators that allow, to define the real contribution for each one of the factors defined in each dimension of the sustainable development in Cuba.

Resumen

El desarrollo rural y agrario sustentable depende en gran medida de una correcta toma de decisiones en cuanto a las capacidades tecnológicas a introducir en las cadenas de producción agrícola. La ausencia de indicadores energo-económicos, adecuados al contexto rural y que propicien el apoyo a la toma de decisiones en función de las capacidades tecnológicas, contribuye al divorcio entre los impactos que esta deriva hacia el sector doméstico y productivo de un asentamiento rural. Se pretende relacionar una serie de indicadores que, de manera integral y a partir de sus predicciones, propician la toma de decisiones desde la arista de la energización y el desarrollo agrario sustentable en los procesos de innovación rural. Para el logro del objetivo trazado se aplican procedimientos metodológicos, estudios de campo, cuestionarios participativos y opinión de expertos. Como resultado se relacionan los valores de los indicadores propuestos, sus impactos y sus contribuciones a la toma de decisiones en función del desarrollo local agrario. Como conclusión general se esboza que la institucionalidad y su conexión con la toma de decisiones se favorece a partir de la propuesta los indicadores que permiten, a partir de su mecanismo de retroalimentación, delimitar la real contribución por cada uno de los factores definidos en cada dimensión del desarrollo sostenible a partir de parámetros que se adaptan al desarrollo local en el ámbito rural cubano.
