SYSTEM OF ACTIONS FOR INTELLECTUAL SKILLS. EDUCATIONAL TEACHING IMPORTANCE

Abstract

In this work, we propose a system of actions for the formation of intellectual skills; that contributes to the assimilation and better didactic development of educational teaching activity, which constitutes one of the most important problems in contemporary pedagogical work at all educational levels; mainly in Higher Education because it is the subsystem where graduates are trained who must creatively apply scientific information to solve the problems that society presents to them. With clear, precise and innovative ideas, developing intellectual skills; that constitute premises to execute an activity successfully, applying new scientific knowledge and better communication as an important systemic and social process for professional competence. One of the most important challenges of contemporary teaching is the development in students of logical and creative thinking, so that they know how to operate with what they must learn, otherwise we are promoting in society individuals who repeat information and do not know knowledge. And skills, which allow them to know how to conduct themselves better with a comprehensive, creative, innovative and competent culture. Knowledge and skills have an indissoluble relationship, but they become effective only when the skill is mastered, which allows man to communicate and act correctly with the required knowledge and wisdom.

Resumen

En el presente trabajo, proponemos un sistema de acciones para la formación de habilidades intelectuales; que contribuya a la asimilación y mejor desarrollo didáctico de la actividad docente educativa, la cual constituye una de las problemáticas más importantes en el quehacer pedagógico contemporáneo en todos los niveles educacionales; principalmente en la Educación Superior por ser el subsistema donde se forman los egresados que deben aplicar creativamente la información científica en la solución de los problemas que les presente la sociedad. Con ideas claras, precisas e innovadoras, desarrollando habilidades intelectuales; que constituyen premisas, para ejecutar una actividad con éxito, aplicando nuevos conocimientos científicos y mejor comunicación como proceso sistémico y social importante, para la competencia profesional.
Uno de los retos más importantes de la enseñanza contemporánea es el desarrollo en los escolares de un pensamiento lógico y creativo, para que sepan operar con lo que deben aprender, de lo contrario estamos fomentando en la sociedad individuos repetidores de información y no conocedores de conocimientos y habilidades, que les permitan saber cómo conducirse mejor con una cultura integral, creativa, innovadora y competente.
Conocimientos y habilidades tienen una relación indisoluble, pero se hacen efectivos sólo cuando se llega a dominar la habilidad, que le permite al hombre comunicarse y actuar correctamente con el conocimiento y el saber requerido.
