Desing, opening, exploitation and deactivation of loans for the extraction of fill materials for earthworks

Abstract

The aim Is to respond yo the need for rational use of the loans necessary to extract fill materials to build earthworks, as there Is no technical standard that regulates the desing, opening, exploitation or closure or abandonment of the same once completed. Its use. To this end, an extensive bibliographic search has been carried out yo detect good practices usted un other countries in the world and un Cuba, adjust them yo the conditions of the country and present them in an orderly manner and whith the necessary scientific foundation, in such a way as yo contribute to the reduction of environmental impacts, to the reductions of the costs of their opening, exploitation, transportation or hauling. Of land, which will allow the earth moving works that require using said loans to be carried out in an effective manner.

Resumen

Se pretende dar respuesta a la necesidad de empleo racional de los préstamos necesarios para extraer materiales de relleno para construir explanaciones, por no existir una norma técnica que regule el diseño, la apertura, la explotación y el cierre o abandono de los mismos una vez finalizado su utilización. Para ellos se ha realizado una extensa búsqueda bibliográfica, para detectar las buenas prácticas empleadas en otros países del Mundo y en Cuba, ajustarlas a las condiciones del país y exponerlas de una manera ordenada y con la necesaria fundamentación científica, de manera tal de construir a la disminución de los impactos medioambientales, a la reducción de los costos de su apertura, de explotación, de transportación o acarreo de tierra, lo que permitirá ejecutar los trabajos de movimiento de tierra que requieran usar dichos préstamos de una manera eficaz.
