5th International Conference: 'Challenges of Law in the 21st Century'
IusXXI 2023
Abstract
Brazilian Family Farming is directly associated with the rural world whose culture of collective work, experienced by indigenous peoples, Quilombolas and traditional peoples of water and countryside counts again with the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Family Farming to promote public policies aimed at agrarian reform and the promotion of sustainable rural development. For the 21st century, the two main challenges would be precisely the institutionalization of the agroecological transition; and the education of rural youth.
