Abstract
Information and Communication Technologies have had an explosive growth in the last decade. Between 2018 and 2021 Cuba approved a set of legal instruments that constitute the basis for a regulatory legal framework for the use of digital technologies on the Island. This paper analyzes its background and perspectives in the context of the digital transformation on Cuban society.
Resumen
Las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación han tenido un crecimiento explosivo en la última década. Entre el año 2018 y el año 2021 Cuba aprobó un conjunto de instrumentos legales que constituyen las bases para un marco legal regulador del uso de las tecnologías digitales en la Isla. La presente ponencia realiza un análisis de sus antecedentes y perspectivas en el contexto de la transformación digital de la sociedad cubana.
