8th International Symposium "Psychology and Human Development" 2023
Introduction
The Department of Psychology of the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas and the Provincial Group of the Society of Psychologists of Villa Clara, convene the VIII edition of the International Symposium "Psychology and Human Development", to be developed within the framework of the IV International Scientific Convention on Science, Technology and Society to be held from November 13 to 17, 2023 at the Cayos de Villa Clara Tourist Destination, Cuba.
The objective is to promote scientific exchanges, as representatives of a science that is gaining in maturity and experience in human enhancement, at a time of changing situations, reorganization, and necessary adjustments.
Invitation
We summon all professionals, researchers, academics, managers, policy makers, businessmen, students and social actors; to debate, exchange experiences, find solutions and/or alternatives that promote: well-being, health, quality of life, education and self-education of human beings.
Together we will find better possibilities of satisfaction with life from inter, multi and transdisciplinary perspectives.
Themes
1. Contemporary trends in Psychology. Epistemology, Methodology and multidisciplinarity.
2. Health, Education and Human Well-being.
3. Psychology and Society: current challenges.
4. Professional experiences for human development in different areas of performance.
Modalities of the scientific program
Our symposium will be face-to-face and virtual, through the following presentation formats: Free Themes, Panels, Digital Poster and Workshops.
Hybrid form of participation: PRESENTIAL or VIRTUAL.
Official languages will be: Spanish and English.
