The lack of preparation of teachers to favor the formation of values in the new generations is one of the problems we face daily in our society. It is time to sow conscience, ideas, to form values and to teach to defend them better and better. The objective is proposed as follows: to elaborate an advisory program to favor the preparation of teachers regarding the formation of the value of responsibility in 5th grade students. In this research, scientific research methods were used at both theoretical and empirical levels, as well as historical-logical, analysis of documentary sources for the study and theoretical systematization of the subject; modeling to elaborate the proposal, observation to obtain information on the knowledge that students have regarding the value of responsibility and the way they behave in the contexts in which they act. Surveys and interviews to obtain information on the criteria and knowledge of the teachers on the subject. Transformations were achieved in attitudes, critical evaluations on the formation of values, a greater concern of the family. The advisory program allows enriching the contents of values formation, favoring debate and experiential reflection, the search for educational strategies for the teacher and reinforcing the school curriculum; it favors the preparation of the teacher in the direction of the teaching-educational process.
La falta de preparación a maestros para favorecer la formación de valores en las nuevas generaciones es de los problemas que afrontamos a diarios en nuestra sociedad. Es tiempo de sembrar conciencia, ideas, de formar valores y enseñar a defenderlos cada vez mejor. Se propone como objetivo: elaborar un programa de asesoría para favorecer la preparación de maestros con respecto a la formación del valor responsabilidad en alumnos del 5to grado. En esta investigación se utilizaron métodos de investigación científica tanto de nivel teórico y empírico como histórico-lógico, análisis de fuentes documentales para el estudio y sistematización teórica del tema; la modelación para elaborar la propuesta, la observación para obtener información del conocimiento que poseen los alumnos con respecto al valor responsabilidad y modo de comportamiento en los contextos de actuación. Las encuestas y entrevista para obtener información de los criterios y conocimientos que poseen los maestros del tema. Se logró transformaciones en las actitudes, valoraciones críticas sobre la formación de valores, una mayor preocupación de la familia. El programa de asesoría permite enriquecer los contenidos de formación de valores, favoreciendo el debate y reflexión vivencial, la búsqueda de estrategias educativas para el maestro y refuerzan el currículo escolar; favorece la preparación del maestro en la dirección del proceso docente-educativo.
