Evaluación del Sistema de tratamiento de residuales de la PTR Ensenachos Cayo Santa María

Abstract

The present investigation is carried out in the Ensenachos Waste Treatment Plant located in the northern Cayería of Villa Clara, with the objective of evaluating the state of operation of the plant based on the physical-chemical and bacteriological characteristics of the waste generated by the hotel facility and the Dolphinarium, and evaluate the treated effluent using the Cuban Standard for dumping into the coastal zone NC521:2007 "Dumping of wastewater into the coastal zone and marine waters, as well as determining if the quality of the treated water can be reused in irrigation of the green areas of these facilities, by comparing with the guidelines established by the World Health Organization (2006). The study of different bibliographic reviews related to wastewater treatment at an international level and with emphasis on the one used in our country was carried out. The realization of the general diagnosis of the entity to be studied allowed to appreciate the operation of the plant, the taking of samples and to characterize the residuals

Resumen

La presente investigación se desarrolla en la Planta de Tratamiento de Residuales Ensenachos ubicada en la Cayería norte de Villa Clara, con el objetivo de evaluar el estado de funcionamiento de la planta a partir de las características físico-químicas y bacteriológicas de los residuales generados por la instalación hotelera y el Delfinario, y evaluar el efluente tratado utilizando la Norma Cubana de vertimiento a la zona costera NC521:2007 “Vertimiento de aguas residuales a la zona costera y aguas marinas , así como determinar si la calidad del agua tratada puede ser reutiliza en el riego de las áreas verdes de estas instalaciones, mediante la comparación con las directrices establecidas por la Organización Mundial de la Salud (2006). Se efectuó el estudio de diferentes reseñas bibliografías relacionadas con el tratamiento de aguas residuales a nivel internacional y con énfasis en la utilizada en nuestro país. La realización del diagnóstico general de la entidad a estudiar permitió apreciar el funcionamiento de la planta, la toma de muestras y caracterizar los residuales
