Attention to diversity for emotional education from the guiding role of the teacher.

The development of guidance in educational institutions is a priority for the teacher's work in its purpose of linking instruction with education, becoming a challenge of the current school that teachers are trained in the successful performance of this function, to discover or ratify the need to help their students taking as a starting point the attention to individual differences. The article is framed in the treatment of orientation from the school context in the individual and group, considering the needs and potentialities of the students that allows their integral formation. The research offersessential nuclei in the achievement of such aspiration and directs the attention of teachers to the bases of educational orientation, in relation to learning for life, which are essential in emotional education. In the study carried out, methods of the theoretical level are used, which allow the deepening and systematization of educational practices in other contexts, the purpose of this research is to reflect from the theoretical and methodological point of view on the attention to diversity for emotional education from the guiding role of the teacher.

El desarrollo de la orientación en las instituciones educativas es una prioridad para la labor del docente en su propósito de vincular la instrucción con la educación, erigiéndose como un reto de la escuela actual que los docentes se entrenen en el desempeño exitoso de esta función, para descubrir o ratificar la necesidad de ayudar a sus educandos, tomando como punto de partida la atención alas diferencias individuales. El artículo se enmarca en el tratamiento a la orientación desde el contexto escolar en lo individual y grupal, considerando las necesidades y potencialidades de los educandos que permita su formación integral. La investigación ofrece núcleos esenciales en el logro de tal aspiración y direcciona la atención de los docentes a las bases de la orientación educativa, en relación con los aprendizajes para la vida, que se constituyen esenciales en la educación emocional. En el estudio realizado, se emplean métodos del nivel teórico, los cuales posibilitan la profundización y sistematización de prácticas educativas en otros contextos. El propósito de esta investigación es reflexionar desde el punto de vista teórico y metodológico sobre la atención a la diversidad para la educación emocional desde la función orientadora del docente.
