System of instruments to evaluate the quality in infrastructure in the Civil Engineering career

This research is entitled “System of instruments to evaluate the quality in infrastructure in the Civil Engineering career". In carrying it out, investigative methods for the collection and processing of information were applied that made it possible to verify the needs of a tool that contributes to the evaluation of quality in infrastructure to improve self-evaluations and / or accreditations in the Civil Engineering career, belonging to the Faculty of Construction of the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas. By virtue of this, premises were given for the elaboration of a System of instruments that objectively evaluates the quality of the career in the infrastructure variable from the SEA-CU. This tool consists of a Manual for its implementation, presenting technical content and statistical work in order to objectively evaluate the quality by the authors of the process. The elaborated system of instruments was submitted to the criteria of specialists, who considered its elaboration very necessary and ensured that both it and the Implementation Manual present a structure and content that respond to the determination of needs for which they were elaborated.

La presente investigación se titula “Sistema de instrumentos para evaluar la calidad en infraestructura en la carrera Ingeniería Civil”. En la realización de la misma se aplicaron métodos investigativos de recopilación y de procesamiento de la información que permitieron constatar las necesidades de una herramienta que contribuya a la evaluación de la calidad en infraestructura para perfeccionar las autoevaluaciones y/o acreditaciones en la carrera Ingeniería Civil, perteneciente a la Facultad de Construcciones de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas. En virtud de ello se dieron premisas para la elaboración de un Sistema de instrumentos que evalúe objetivamente la calidad de la carrera en la variable infraestructura a partir del SEA-CU. Esta herramienta consta con un Manual para su implementación, presentando contenidos técnicos y un trabajo estadístico con el fin de evaluar objetivamente la calidad por parte de los autores del proceso. El Sistema de instrumentos elaborado se sometió al criterio de especialistas, los cuales consideraron de muy necesaria su elaboración y aseguraron que tanto el mismo como el Manual de implementación presentan una estructura y contenido que responden a la determinación de necesidades por las cuales fueron elaborados.
