The development of the orientation in educational institutions is priority for the work of the educational one in its purpose of an education of quality, becoming a necessity for the formation psychopedagogí, so that they train in the successful acting of this function, deliberate for the education of the car knowledgelike dimension of the emotional intelligence, to ratify the necessity to help to learners,, families and community. The article propitiates to energize the education of the emotional car knowledge from the function orientation of the educational one in the school context in the individual thing and group, considering the necessities of the students in the formation from the subjects and disciplines. It offers essential theoretical nuclei and it addresses dynamic reflexive, participative and developers that favor the educational orientation, in connection with the learnings for the life that you/they are essential in the emotional education. In the study methods of the theoretical level are used as they are the analytic one -synthetic, historical -logical, inductive deductive and systemic structural, those that facilitate the profundizatión and systematizing of practical educational in other contexts. The purpose is to meditate from the theoretical and methodological point of view on the attention to the diversity for the education of the emotional car knowledge from the function orientation of the educational one. they facilitate the profundizatión and systematizing of practical educational in other contexts.
El desarrollo de la orientaciónen instituciones educativas es prioridad para la labor del docente en su propósito de una educación de calidad, convirtiéndose en una necesidad para la formación psicopedagógica, de manera que se entrenen en el desempeño exitoso de esta función, intencionada por la educación del autoconocimiento como dimensión de la inteligencia emocional, para ratificar la necesidad de ayudar a educandos, familias y comunidad. El artículo propicia dinamizar la educación del autoconocimiento emocional desde la función orientadora del docente en el contexto escolar en lo individual y grupal, considerando las necesidades de los estudiantes en la formación desde las asignaturas y disciplinas. Brinda núcleos teóricos esenciales y direcciona dinámicas reflexivas, participativas y desarrolladoras que favorecen la orientación educativa, en relación con los aprendizajes para la vida que sonesenciales en la educación emocional. En el estudio se emplean métodos del nivel teó rico como son el analítico -sintético, histórico –lógico,inductivo deductivo y sistémico estructural , los que posibilitan la profundización y sistematización de prácticas educativas en otros contextos. El propósito es reflexionar desde el punto de vista teórico y metodológico sobre la atención a la diversidad para la educación del autoconocimiento emocional desde la función orientadora del docente.
