ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION AS THE RIGHT TO FOOD FIRST MATERIAL GUARANTEE

ABSTRACT
The right to food allows people to live a dignified life and enables the fulfilment of various rights such as health and life. This research addresses the right to food technical-legal perspectives, highlighting ecological agricultural production as a material guarantee. The main research question: what is the first and most important material guarantee of the right to food? The general objective is assessing the ecological agricultural production validity as a right to food material guarantee. The research is structured in two parts; the first part constitutes the research legal theoretical basis, where food sovereignty and food security are defined as terms that complement the right to food; and the second part is based on the legal theoretical aspects that define ecological agricultural production as a right to food material guarantee. The research methods used are: historical-legal, legal-doctrinal, legal comparison, analytical-legal and document analysis, and the techniques of document filing, legal interpretation and document review. Main result is based on obtaining the main bases for ecological agricultural production as the right to food first material guarantee.

PRODUCCIÓN AGROPECUARIA ECOLÓGICA COMO PRIMERA GARANTÍA MATERIAL DEL DERECHO A LA ALIMENTACIÓN

RESUMEN:
El derecho a la alimentación, permite al hombre el desarrollo de una vida digna y viabiliza el cumplimiento de varios derechos como la salud y la vida. Esta investigación aborda las perspectivas técnico-jurídicas del derecho a la alimentación, destacando la producción agropecuaria ecológica como garantía material. La problemática surge frente a la interrogante: ¿cuál es la primera y más importante garantía material del derecho a la alimentación? Se dispone como objetivo general; valorar la vigencia de la producción agropecuaria ecológica como garantía material del derecho a la alimentación. El informe se estructura en dos partes; el primero constituye el sustento teórico jurídico de la investigación, donde la soberanía y la seguridad alimentarias se definen como términos que complementan el derecho a la alimentación; y en la segunda parte se fundamentan los aspectos teóricos jurídicos que definen la producción agropecuaria ecológica como garantía material del derecho a la alimentación. Se emplean como métodos investigativos; el histórico-jurídico, jurídico-doctrinal, comparación jurídica, analítico-jurídico y el análisis de documentos, y se utilizan las técnicas de fichaje de documentos, interpretación jurídica y revisión de documentos. Como resultado principal se obtiene una fundamentación de la producción agropecuaria ecológica como primera garantía material del derecho a la alimentación.
