The equivocation between the public and the state, a critical historical analysis

This article tries to repair in the concepts of the state, the public and the private; and the relationship between them. To highlight the need for balance in this relationship to advance in the direction of a society in which the empire of democracy is consolidated.
From a critical perspective to identify the main misunderstandings between the public and the state, to explain how these led to a process in which the state grows, while the public and citizen participation are reduced.
The novelty of the present will be in justifying the need to open space to the public and weaken the nationalization process. Without failing to recognize that this bet that implies reducing the strength of the state and limiting / driving the supposed invisible hand of the market and the excesses of private interests, is more effective in the long term. But it will triumph gradually and will be sustained at work, in the culture of effort and by public trust.
The methodology to be used will be historical materialism and we will use other scientific methods that will be subordinate to the general method mentioned above. Among which stands out the document analysis, analysis and synthesis, the method of the historical and the logical; as well as the triangulation method to achieve a result that, in addition to being published, contributes to personal and collective improvement.

Este artículo pretende reparar en los conceptos de lo estatal, lo público y lo privado; y la relación entre ellos. Para destacar la necesidad del equilibrio en esta relación para avanzar en la dirección de una sociedad en la que se consolide el imperio de la democracia.
Para desde una perspectiva crítica identificar los principales equívocos entre lo público y lo estatal, para explicar cómo estos condujeron a un proceso en que lo estatal crece, mientras lo público y la participación ciudadana se reducen.
La novedad del presente estará en justificar la necesidad de abrir espacio a lo público y debilitar el proceso de estatización. Sin dejar de reconocer que esta apuesta que implica restarle fuerza a lo estatal y limitar/conducir la supuesta mano invisible del mercado y los excesos de los intereses privados, es más efectiva en el largo plazo. Pero triunfará de forma gradual y será sostenida en el trabajo, en la cultura del esfuerzo y por la confianza ciudadana.

La metodología a utilizar será el materialismo histórico y nos auxiliaremos de otros métodos científicos que estarán subordinados al método general antes enunciado. Entre los que se destaca el análisis de documentos, el análisis y la síntesis, el método de lo histórico y lo lógico; así como el método de la triangulación para lograr un lograr un resultado que además de publicarse contribuya a la superación personal y colectiva.
