Simposio Internacional “Desarrollo Humano, Equidad y Justicia Social"
The work that is presented constitutes an approach to the importance of persuasion in oral
proceedings, emphasizing the psychosocial aspects that govern the celebration of this act.
The methodology that was carried out was an exploratory analysis where the literature related
to the subject at the national and international level was reviewed. In this way, the importance
of persuasion is highlighted in all phases of the criminal process, fundamentally in the oral
trial, for the achievement of the objectives to be achieved, as well as a legal argumentation
and forensic oratory of the highest quality.
El trabajo que se presenta constituye un acercamiento a la importancia de la persuasión en el
juicio oral, haciendo énfasis en aspectos psicosociales que rigen la celebración de este acto.
La metodología que se llevó a cabo fue un análisis exploratorio donde se revisó la literatura
relacionada con el tema a nivel nacional e internacional. De esta forma se destaca la
importancia de la persuasión en todas las fases del proceso penal fundamentalmente en el
juicio oral, para el logro de los objetivos a alcanzar, así como una argumentación jurídica y
oratoria forense de máxima calidad.
