The formation scientific-investigative skill in the Techician in Social Work speciality

The formation of scientific-investigative skills, based on the Integrative Task (IT), in future social workers constitutes a fundamental tool for their professional performance, which will contribute greatly to their human development. Efficiently complying with this process requires an integrated and interdisciplinary methodological work that achieves the confluence of the educational influences of all teachers, and not only those directly responsible for IT. Which led to the completion of a master's research whose scientific problem is: how to improve the training of scientific-investigative skills in 1st year students of the Middle Technician in Social Work specialty of CP Rigoberto Fuentes Pérez de Pinar del Río? which had as objective: to elaborate a methodology to improve the formation of scientific-investigative skills in 1st year students of the Medium Technical specialty in Social Work, from the IT in the CP Rigoberto Fuentes Pérez de Pinar del Río. The research followed a mixed approach and was carried out on the philosophical and methodological basis of Dialectical Materialism. In addition, it was considered that the proposal of this methodology allows to improve the process of formation of the scientific-investigative skills of the specialty, since it was considered as an applicable and useful proposal, whose users expressed a high level of satisfaction. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to show the experiences of the investigative process in order to contribute to the human development of future Social Work professionals.

La formación de habilidades científico-investigativas, a partir de la Tarea Integradora (TI), en los futuros trabajadores sociales constituye una herramienta fundamental para su desempeño profesional, lo que contribuirá en buena medida a su desarrollo humano. Cumplir eficientemente con este proceso, requiere de un trabajo metodológico integrado e interdisciplinar que logre la confluencia de las influencias educativas de todos los docentes, y no solo de los responsables directos de la TI. Lo que llevó a la realización de una investigación de maestría cuyo problema científico es: ¿cómo mejorar la formación de las habilidades científico-investigativas en los estudiantes de 1er año de la especialidad Técnico Medio en Trabajo Social del CP Rigoberto Fuentes Pérez de Pinar del Río? que tuvo como objetivo: elaborar una metodología para mejorar la formación de las habilidades científico-investigativas en los estudiantes de 1er año de la especialidad Técnico Medio en Trabajo Social, a partir de la TI en el CP Rigoberto Fuentes Pérez de Pinar del Río. La investigación siguió un enfoque mixto y se realizó sobre la base filosófica y metodológica del Materialismo Dialéctico. Además se consideró que la propuesta de esta metodología permite mejorar del proceso de formación de las habilidades científico-investigativas de la especialidad, ya que fue considerada como una propuesta aplicable y útil, cuyos usuarios manifestaron un alto nivel de satisfacción. Por lo que el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo esencial mostrar las experiencias del proceso investigativo a fin de contribuir al desarrollo humano de los futuros profesionales del Trabajo Social.
