The publications on audiovisual translation carried out so far have focused on this discipline as such, but have not addressed in a broad way the field of translation of cultural references (RRCC). For this reason, in this paper we will study this type of translation in the field of audiovisual translation by analyzing the films All About My Mother and Asterix and Obelix: Mission Cléopâtre based on an exhaustive analysis of the RRCCs found in the original versions of the two films. This analysis deals with the comparison of the translations of these RRCCs from the original version with the subtitled and dubbed versions. The main objective will be to create our own classification of RRCC, based on Santamaría's taxonomy (2001), and then to classify the translation strategies used in the dubbed and subtitled versions according to Pedersen's classification (2005). Finally, we will contrast the results and observe if there is any relationship between the typology of the referents and the translation strategy used.
Las publicaciones sobre traducción audiovisual realizadas hasta el momento se han centrado en esta disciplina como tal, pero no han abordado de manera amplia el campo de la traducción de referentes culturales (RRCC). Es por ello que en el presente trabajo nos disponemos a estudiar este tipo de traducción en el campo de la traducción audiovisual analizando las películas Todo sobre mi madre y Astérix et Obélix: Mission Cléopâtre a partir del análisis exhaustivo de los RRCC encontrados mediante vaciado en las versiones originales de las dos películas. Este análisis versa sobre la comparación de las traducciones de dichos RRCC de la versión original con las versiones subtituladas y dobladas. El objetivo principal será crear una clasificación propia de RRCC, basándonos en la taxonomía de Santamaría (2001), para posteriormente clasificar las estrategias de traducción empleadas en las versiones dobladas y subtituladas según la clasificación de Pedersen (2005). Finalmente contrastaremos los resultados y observaremos si hay alguna relación entre la tipología de los referentes con la estrategia de traducción utilizada.
