Communication-intercooperation-productive chains: challenge for cuban union activity

Summary

The new Cuban communication system is aimed at achieving a management of social communication consistent with the interests of the country and citizens. Faced with such demand, the unions are key to achieving a path of renewal and creative search in their ways of doing organizational communication with the aim of perfecting the socialist enterprise and in particular the intercooperation processes; integrated into the management and communication of the trade union organization as it should be of its practice in pursuit of the participation of members and workers.

The present work aims to reflect on the intercooperation processes, keys to achieve the productive chain in food production and its sustainability, from the empowerment of organizational communication. For this, documentary research was used as a method within the framework of a qualitative approach. Available data from sources such as the Labor Code of the Republic of Cuba, the statutes of the Central de Trabajadores de Cuba and other normative documents were accessed.

Among the main results, criteria are provided to achieve a strengthening of business intercooperation processes through social communication. The main conceptions on the subject in the world and their realization in the Cuban context are analyzed, from a critical and proactive approach.

El nuevo sistema de comunicación cubano se orienta a lograr una gestión de la comunicación social coherente con los intereses del país y la ciudadanía. Ante tal demanda los sindicatos son claves para lograr un camino de renovación y búsqueda creativa en sus modos de hacer comunicación organizacional con el objetivo de perfeccionar la empresa socialista y en particular los procesos de intercooperación; integrada a la gestión y la comunicación de la organización sindical como deber ser de su práctica en pos de la participación de afiliados y trabajadores.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre los procesos de intercooperación, claves para lograr el encadenamiento productivo en la producción de alimentos y su sostenibilidad, desde la potenciación de la comunicación organizacional. Se empleó para ello como método la investigación documental en el marco de un enfoque cualitativo. Se accedió a datos disponibles de fuentes como el Código del Trabajo de la República de Cuba, los estatutos de la Central de Trabajadores de Cuba y demás documentos normativos.

Entre los principales resultados se aportan criterios para lograr una potenciación de los procesos de intercooperación empesarial a través de la comunicación social. Se analizan las principales concepciones sobre el tema en el mundo y su realización en el contexto cubano, desde un enfoque crítico y propositivo.
