Habitat: Interdisciplinary perspectives for sustainable development.

Despite the fact that many patterns of comfort or well-being have changed in modern times, living today in a single-family home is synonymous with economic progress and family stability.
The limited execution of large social works has been one of the reasons why single-family housing architecture has become the most prolific in this period, especially the one carried out by subsidies and own effort, generating low-density housing developments and poor-quality design.
Most of the residential architecture that is built today in our country in a self-sufficient way, is a mixture of inappropriate elements and expressions, very far from the predominant design lines in the current world and frequently without take advantage of the available local resources or apply any of the design criteria for sustainable architecture.
The house should favor the adaptability of its spaces and functions over time in correspondence with the natural dynamic evolution of the family. This would avoid the obsolescence of the solutions, guaranteeing validity in the time and life quality of its inhabitants.
This research offers more appropriate solutions to living conditions, based on contemporary proposals that are projected on the basis of sustainability, allows the insertion of students, giving them tasks and responsibilities with the particularity of approaching the problem of habitat from a comprehensive perspective and multidisciplinary of the phenomenon that allows to minimize the negative impacts in addition to generating benefits for the inhabitants and for the constructive development in the province in general.

A pesar de que muchos patrones de confort o bienestar han cambiado en la modernidad, residir hoy en día en una vivienda unifamiliar es sinónimo de progreso económico y estabilidad familiar.
La limitada ejecución de grandes obras sociales ha sido una de las razones por la cual la arquitectura habitacional unifamiliar se ha convertido en la más prolífera en este período, sobre todo la realizada por subsidios y esfuerzo propio, generando urbanizaciones de baja densidad y mala calidad de diseño.
La mayor parte de la arquitectura habitacional que se construye hoy en día en nuestro país de forma particular , es una mezcla de elementos y expresiones inapropiadas, muy alejadas de las líneas de diseño predominantes en el mundo actual y frecuentemente no se aprovechan los recursos locales disponibles ni se aplican los criterios de diseño para una arquitectura sustentable.
La vivienda debería favorecer la adaptabilidad de sus espacios y funciones en el tiempo en correspondencia con la evolución dinámica natural de la familia. Esto evitaría la obsolescencia de las soluciones, garantizando validez en el tiempo y calidad de vida de sus moradores.
Esta investigación propone soluciones más adecuadas a las condiciones de vida, partiendo de propuestas contemporáneas que se proyecten sobre la base de la sustentabilidad, permite la inserción de estudiantes, dándole tareas y responsabilidades y tiene la particularidad que aborda el problema del hábitat desde una óptica integral y multidisciplinaria del fenómeno que permite minimizar los impactos negativos además de generar beneficios para los habitantes y para el desarrollo constructivo en la provincia en sentido general.
