Abstract
In order to maintain the dumping permit and the company's own operations, compliance by the entity with the provisions of the Cuban standard for dumping waste into land water and sewage (NC-27/2012) is verified, for which it is necessary to characterize the residuals generated from the physical-chemical point of view, based on the results provided by the laboratory. That is why the objective of the investigation is to evaluate the residuals generated in the Amaro Bottling Plant. For its compliance, the punctual sampling method is used, determining the most representative points for taking samples of the residuals with the purpose of monitoring the quality of the residual that is poured into the stream that passes through the rear part of the factory that discharges into the Alacranes dam. As results, it was obtained that the parameters are within the permissible limits by NC-27/2012, in addition, the flow of residual generated and the polluting load imposed on the receiving body were determined.
Resumen
Con el fin de mantener el permiso de vertimiento y las operaciones propias de la empresa, se comprueba el cumplimiento por parte de la entidad con lo planteado en la norma cubana para vertimiento de residuales a las aguas terrestres y alcantarillado (NC-27/2012), para lo cual es necesario caracterizar los residuales generados desde el punto de vista físico-químico, apoyándose en los resultados brindados por el laboratorio. Es por ello que la investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar los residuales generados en la Embotelladora Amaro. Para su cumplimiento se emplea el método de muestreo puntual, determinándose los puntos más representativos para la toma de muestras de los residuales con el propósito de monitorear la calidad del residual que se vierte al arroyo que pasa por la parte trasera de la fábrica que descarga en la presa Alacranes. Como resultados se obtuvo que los parámetros se encuentran en los límites permisibles por la NC-27/2012, además se determinó el caudal de residual generado y la carga contaminante que se impone al cuerpo receptor.
