Abstract
Results of a research carried out between 2021 and 2022 on the development of capacities in professional community, family and gender intervention for university educational inclusion are presented, in which researchers from five universities from three Latin American countries participated. An assessment of the regional context is carried out and elements of analysis are provided in relation to theoretical indicators and diagnoses associated with the state of the educational inclusion process in these higher education institutions. The author highlights the critical, prospective and purposeful role of the social sciences.
Resumen
Se presentan resultados de una investigación realizada entre 2021 y 2022 acerca del desarrollo de capacidades en intervención profesional comunitaria, familiar y de género para la inclusión educativa universitaria, en la que participaron investigadores de cinco universidades de tres países latinoamericanos. Se realiza una valoración del contexto regional y se aportan elementos de análisis en relación con indicadores teóricos y diagnósticos asociados al estado del proceso de inclusión educativa en esas instituciones de educación superior. El autor resalta el rol crítico, prospectivo y propositivo de las ciencias sociales.
