Abstract
This qualitative study investigated the main threats, vulnerabilities and cyber attacks associated with smart hybrid work, as well as its consequences when cybersecurity is not available in these environments. Theoretical and empirical methods were used such as bibliographic analysis, brainstorming techniques, tabulation and conceptual framework summary; The Internet and computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint) were used. A result was obtained that can have a positive impact from being able to design a consultative service based on these good practices, which provides income benefits to the company. Social relevance is also associated with the impact it can have as a tool with theoretical value and methodological usefulness. I could also be a complementary guide in the preparation of other advisory and consulting services.
Resumen
Este estudio cualitativo investigó las principales amenazas, vulnerabilidades y ataques cibernéticos asociadas al trabajo híbrido inteligente, así como sus consecuencias cuando no se dispone de una ciberseguridad en esos entornos. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos como el análisis bibliográfico, técnicas de brainstorming, tabulación y resumen de marco conceptual; se utilizó la Internet y aplicaciones informáticas como son Adobe Acrobat Pro y Microsoft Office (Word y PowerPoint). Se obtuvo un resultado que puede tener un impacto positivo a partir de poder diseñar un servicio consultivo basado en esas buenas prácticas, lo cual propicia beneficios de ingresos a la empresa. La relevancia social también está asociada al impacto que puede tener como herramienta con valor teórico y utilidad metodológica. Pude ser también una guía complementaria en la preparación de otros servicios consultivos y de consultores.
