Abstract
The theme of this work is to implement QR codes as a Mobile Marketing tool. Currently, electronic commerce has gained a necessary space in society, but not the other variant or modality of using QR for timely and quick access to information. It is for this question that this presentation is developed: Access the information provided by the institutional page www.etecsa.cu in an abbreviated way, with fewer clicks than when browsing normally and eliminating barriers such as queues, long waits for the attention, doubts and concerns. This project was conceived for the Business Commercial Office in DT Cienfuegos, specifically for Data and Internet services, because it has the broadest portfolio of services of the company and because of the importance that the computerization program of society and the connectivity.
Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como tema implementar códigos QR como una herramienta del Marketing Móvil. En la actualidad el comercio electrónico ha ganado un espacio necesario en la sociedad, no así la otra variante o modalidad del uso del QR para el acceso oportuno y rápido a la información. Es por esa cuestión que se desarrolla esta ponencia: Acceder a la información que facilitan la página institucional www.etecsa.cu de forma abreviada, a menos clicks que cuando se navega de forma normal y eliminando barreras como las colas, las esperas prolongadas para la atención, las dudas e inquietudes. Este proyecto fue concebido para la Oficina Comercial Empresas en la DT Cienfuegos, específicamente para los servicios de Datos e Internet, por tener la cartera de servicios más amplia de la empresa y por la importancia que reviste hoy el programa de informatización de la sociedad y la conectividad.
