The processes related to the management of the economy and finances are an important support for the management of any business, they materialize the performance of the rest of the processes and guarantee the sustainability of the production or service provision system. This work addresses the improvement of the Economics process of the ETECSA Division in Villa Clara through the implementation of good practices of two highly recognized international standards such as the ISO 9001 Standard and the COPC improvement standard. of performance.
Los procesos relacionados con la gestión de la economía y las finanzas son un soporte importante para la gestión de cualquier negocio, en ellos se materializa el desempeño del resto de los procesos y se garantiza la sostenibilidad del sistema de producción o de prestación de servicios. En el presente trabajo se aborda la mejora del proceso de Economía de la División de ETECSA en Villa Clara a través de la implementación de buenas prácticas de dos estándares internacionales de mucho reconocimiento como es el caso de la Norma ISO 9001 y el estándar COPC de mejora del desempeño.
