Technological addictions constitute the most recent type of behavioral addictions and dependency constitutes the fundamental element that identifies them. The problematic use of the mobile phone in particular brings with it negative consequences that manifest themselves in all spheres of human action. Adolescence is a critical and vulnerable period for the development of behaviors of this type. It is necessary to develop new studies to better understand this phenomenon for future interventions aimed at minimizing its negative effects on this part of the population.
Las adicciones tecnológicas constituyen el tipo más reciente de adicciones comportamentales y la dependencia constituye el elemento fundamental que las identifica. El uso problemático del teléfono móvil en particular, trae consigo consecuencias negativas que se manifiestan en todas las esferas de actuación humana. La adolescencia es un período crítico y vulnerable al desarrollo de conductas de este tipo. Se hace necesario desarrollar nuevos estudios para la mejor comprensión de este fenómeno en pos de futuras intervenciones dirigidas a minimizar sus efectos negativos en esta parte de la población.
