The present investigation is carried out in the Base Business Unit of Transport of the Electric Company of Villa Clara, Santa Clara, Cuba, with the objective of defining the methodological tooling that allows an improvement of the enlistment of the automotive transport. This is prepared from a conceptual basis that contains the definition of operations management, planning and control of supply, technical control and maintenance and the premises that support the validation of the tool to be selected, based on the diagnosis of the maintenance system, with the aim of perfecting the enlistment system to be applied, thus giving solution to the objectives set. On the other hand, the selected tool is adapted to the particular conditions of the base business unit under study and, finally, said tool is applied.
La presente investigación se realizó en la Unidad Empresarial de Base de Transporte de la Empresa Eléctrica de Villa Clara, Santa Clara, Cuba, con el objetivo de definir el herramental metodológico que permita un mejoramiento del alistamiento del transporte automotor. Esta se elaboró desde una base conceptual que contiene la definición de la gestión de operaciones, la planificación y control del abastecimiento, control técnico y mantenimiento, y las premisas que sustentan la validación de la herramienta seleccionada, a partir del diagnóstico del sistema de mantenimiento, con el objetivo de perfeccionar el sistema de alistamiento a aplicar. Por otra parte, se adaptó a las condiciones particulares de la unidad empresarial de base objeto de estudio y, por último, se aplicó dicha herramienta.
