They exist antecedents that evidence that the community has been an important scenario during the whole historical development of our Nation, the organization assumed by the Cuban society starting from the victory of the Revolution in 1959, it maintains it in the center of the main social transformations from its beginnings. The country has developed actions to transform the neighborhoods, but they still accumulate problematic that are identified in the Diagnoses by the Integrated Community Groups in each District that you/they require the will and the effort of all for its solution, even having the Strategy of Development, it is not achieved, to visualize concrete advances.

The main objective of this work: it is directed to Design community transformation actions in function of the local development, and to solve the problems identified in the Diagnoses of the Districts #24, 45, 50, 66, 69, of the Popular Council San Juan of the Yeras, municipality of Ranchuelo, county Villa Clara.

These actions will allow to give an order of priority to what will intend in the plans of the economy. He/she will allow to carry out a logical analysis of what I want to solve starting from the depth in that that problem affects the communities. It will allow to plan the necessary material resources. To create positive and objective expectations of social and personal development that contribute to the well-being and the emotional balance of people that reside in the community.
