In times of profound change, education faces challenges of inclusive policies and practices that guarantee the right of all to a quality education as stated in Goal 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. This work , it is proposed to characterize the violent situations among contemporaries of Havana basic secondary schools and the handling of these situations by their teachers. A qualitative strategy was used, Multiple Case Studies, and focus groups, individual interviews, observation and document analysis were carried out. The results show manifestations of verbal, psychological and physical violence. Among the reasons, the non-acceptance of diversity in human relationships, and the non-respect for personal, social and learning-related differences are identified. From the voices of students and teachers, the dynamics of naturalization of violent situations is revealed, by associating them with behaviors of the age and the insufficient training of teachers to face these situations, In addition, they are justified as a disciplinary control, they are They admit as socially learned, mediated by traditional cultural patterns difficult to change, and the practice of violent relationship is reaffirmed to make it visible and break this relationship. This reality limits a fair education and sustainable human development.

En tiempos de profundos cambios, la educación se enfrenta a desafíos de políticas y prácticas inclusivas, que garanticen el derecho de todos a una educación de calidad como se declara en el Objetivo 4 de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la Agenda 2030. El presente trabajo, se propone caracterizar las situaciones violentas entre coetáneos de escuelas de secundarias básicas habaneras y el manejo de esas situaciones por sus docentes. Se empleó una estrategia cualitativa, el Estudios de Casos Múltiples y se realizaron grupos focales, entrevistas individuales, observación y análisis de documentos. Los resultados evidencian manifestaciones de violencia verbal, psicológica y física. Entre las razones, se identifican la no aceptación de la diversidad en las relaciones humanas, y el no respeto a las diferencias personales, sociales y vinculadas al aprendizaje. Desde las voces de estudiantes y profesores ,se devela la dinámica de naturalización de las situaciones violentas, por asociarlas a comportamientos de la edad y la no suficiente capacitación de los docentes para enfrentar esas situaciones , Además, se justifican a modo de control disciplinar , se admiten como socialmente aprendidas, mediadas por patrones culturales tradicionales difíciles de cambiar y se reafirman la práctica de relación violenta para visibilizarla y romper esta relación . Esta realidad , limita una educación justa y un desarrollo humano sostenible .
