The presented result is added to those gathered over five years of work in Aguada de Pasajeros, one of the 19 municipalities where the International Project Habitat 2 takes place. Its main objective is to formulate an Action Plan to transform the habitat in the rural settlement Santana, through the application of the Analysis of basic indicators of the precarious habitat diagram. In order to rich the objective were applied, observation techniques, information register and the corresponding statistic processing. It was demonstrated that there is a minor precariousness, it is conditioned by the domestic sanitary situation, the bad condition of the paths; the problems regarding the ilegal possesion of the inmovables; that there are not parks and squares; followed by the use of inappropiated materials in housing; the problems of accessibility to water, domestic energy and overpopulation. In that same order it was offered the Action Plan to eradicate the precariosness of the habitat. With this third application of the Analysis Diagram, it was posible to improve the steps or user manual to its use. The community demonstrated to be the main social component and at the same time complement of this plan.
