The theaching of spanish a foreign language, faces important challenges in the training of teachers who need innovative students'listening comprehension. This research aims to develop and evaluate methods that strengthen teacher training wish the goal of enhancing students' abilities understand, spanish in various contexts. A qualitative and cuantitative approach was used, conducting interviews with teachers to identify their needs and challenges. Training workshops were held that included techniques and authentic materials for active listening activities. The results showed that these strategies allowed teachers to acquire innovative skills, positively impacting student performace and motivation and engagement. The improvement in teachers' pedagogical skills resulted in more dinamyc theaching, suggesting the need for continuous training and the Exchange of best practices to maintain transformation.
La enseñanza del español como lengua extranjera a enfrenta importantes desafíos, especialmente en la formación de decentes que necesitan estrategias innovadoras para mejorar la comprensión auditiva de los estudiantes. Esta investigación busca desarrollar y evaluar métodos que fortalezcan la capacitación docente, con el objetivo de potenciar las habilidades de los alumnos para entender el español en diversos contextos. Se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, realizando entrevistas a docentes para identificar sus necesidades y desafíos. Se llevaron a cabo talleres de formación que incluyeron tecnicas y materiales auténticos para actividades de escucha activa. Los resultados mostraron que estas estrategias permitieron a los docentes adquirir habilidades innovadora, lo que impactó positivamente en el rendimiento estudiantil y aumentó la motivación y el compromiso de los alumnos. La mejora en las habilidades pedagógicas pedagógicas de los docentes resultó en una enseñanza más dinámica, sugiriendo la necesidad de capacitación continua y el intercambio de mejores prácticas para mantener esa transformación.
