Workshop 1: Theoretical, descriptive and applied studies of languages in the contemporary social context
Abstract
This paper analyzes the impoliteness in the discursive interaction of the CMHW Facebook page during the informative monitoring to the Cuban electroenergetic situation, a periodic topic in national and local media agenda. Based on the theoretical and methodological assumptions of the Pragmatics and the Discourse Analysis, it aims to be useful for content management and moderation, that CMHW does on the said platform, revealing that, in this subject, criticism, complaint, and insults are the most used strategies by the users.
Resumen
El presente trabajo analiza la descortesía verbal en la interacción discursiva de la página de Facebook de CMHW durante el seguimiento informativo a la situación electroenergética del país, tema recurrente en la agenda mediática nacional y local. Anclado en los presupuestos teórico-metodológicos del análisis del discurso y la pragmática, pretende ser útil a la gestión y moderación de contenidos que la emisora realiza en dicha plataforma al mostrar que, respecto a este tema, las críticas, las quejas y los insultos representan las estrategias discursivas más utilizadas por los usuarios.
