Abstract
The FiltrArte cultural extension project typifies the Bachelor's degree in Artistic Education. It is characterized by carrying out actions that allow filtering art, selecting, promoting and creating cultural proposals from the University for different communities and age groups. The objective of the presentation: To base the extension-educational-cultural-community project FiltrArte as a tool for strengthening cultural identity from the initial training process in students of the Bachelor of Arts Education career at the Jose Marti Perez University. From the Participatory-Action-Research method, the elements that are presented here are part of the study and results that the presentation of the educational product addresses, which materializes in the teaching-learning process as an extension, community and cultural project from the arts, in the contemporary Cuban context. Allowing the social actors involved in their actions to raise their cultural level and artistic creation, thus becoming protagonists in strengthening their cultural identity. FiltrArte makes it possible to verify the need to contribute to the formation of a critical and responsible spectator, capable of discerning between the avalanche of pseudo-cultural products that flood the audiovisual media and appropriating the most valuable of national and international cultural production. It enables the members of the communities, where the project has arrived, to raise their cultural level, enjoyment and artistic creation, thus becoming protagonists of the challenges that the present and the future hold for them. Resumen
El proyecto cultural extensionista FiltrArte, tipifica la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Artística. Se caracteriza por realizar acciones que permiten filtrar el arte, seleccionar, promover y crear propuestas culturales desde la Universidad para las diferentes comunidades y grupos etarios. El objetivo de la ponencia: Fundamentar el proyecto extensionista- educativo-cultural-comunitario FiltrArte como una herramienta para el fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural desde el proceso de formación inicial en los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Artística de la Universidad José Martí Pérez. Desde el método Investigación-Acción-Participativa los elementos que aquí se exponen forman parte del estudio y resultados que aborda la presentación del producto educativo, que se materializa en el proceso de enseñanza–aprendizaje como proyecto extensionista, comunitario y cultural desde las artes, en el contexto cubano contemporáneo.
Permitiendo a los actores sociales implicados en sus acciones eleven su nivel cultural y creación artística, convirtiéndose de esta manera en protagonistas del fortalecimiento de su identidad cultural. FiltrArte permite constatar la necesidad de contribuir a la formación de un espectador, crítico y responsable, capaz de discernir entre la avalancha de productos pseudoculturales que inundan los medios audiovisuales y apropiarse de lo más valioso de la producción cultural nacional e internacional. Posibilita que los miembros de las comunidades, donde ha llegado el proyecto, eleven su nivel cultural, el disfrute y la creación artística, convirtiéndose así en protagonistas de los desafíos que les deparan el presente y el futuro.
